PCDC (Phosphatidylcholine + Deoxycholate) injections target stubborn fat deposits non-surgically by breaking down fat cells in treated areas.

How many sessions will I need?

How do I know what amount is right for me?
Inital appointments have a cap of 10mL maximum. Followinh appointments have a maximum cap of 20mL in appropriate areas.
Is there downtime after PCDC?
Swelling, tenderness, stiffness, and bruising can occur for a few days up to a week, but normal activities may resume in 48 hours.
Pre-injection instructions?
π« Avoid anti-inflammatories (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Aleve) for 3β5 days unless prescribed β these may increase bruising.Β
π« No alcohol for 24 hours before treatment to reduce swelling risk.Β
π Optional: Take arnica tablets starting 2 days prior to minimize bruising.
π§ Hydrate well for 24 hours before (helps with lymphatic drainage).
π½οΈ Eat a light meal before your appointment to prevent lightheadedness.
Β π§Ό Do not apply lotions or oils on the treatment area on the day of your appointment.
Post-injection instructions?
π§ Apply a cold compress for 10β15 minutes at a time during the first 24 hours to reduce swelling.
π« Avoid touching, massaging, or applying pressure to the area for 5 days.
π§ Drink plenty of water to support lymphatic flushing of destroyed fat cells.
π Sleep slightly elevated the first night if chin/jaw was treated.
π« Avoid exercise, heat (sauna, hot tubs), and alcohol for 48 hours.
π Wear loose clothing over treated areas to prevent friction.
