Cancellations & Refund Policies
We value your time and ours. These policies help us reserve adequate provider time, maintain safe medical practices, and offer fair access for all clients. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Cancel ≥ 48 hrs: no fee.
Cancel < 48 hrs: 50% fee.
No-show: 100% fee.
All retail items are final sale due to hygienic and safety reasons.
Non-refundable; may be transferable at management’s discretion.
Refundable up to 14 days pre-departure. Balance due 7 days prior. Transfers allowed with surgical documentation.
Appointment Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- Cancel ≥ 48 hours: No cancellation fee.
- Cancel < 48 hours: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
- No-call / No-show: A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
- Late arrivals (10+ minutes): Services may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client. Applicable fees may apply.
Payment Authorization: By booking, you authorize Sovereignty Beauty & Wellness Bar to charge the payment method on file for applicable cancellation, no-show, or late fees. Exceptions or waivers are at the sole discretion of management.
Medical Clearance & Safety Holds
Mandatory medical clearance ($50 annual fee) is required for injectables and select services. If clearance is not obtained or your health status changes, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety. Standard cancellation terms still apply.
Products & Retail Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, all product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on retail items, supplements, skincare, or medical-grade products once opened or dispensed. Manufacturer defects may be addressed directly with the brand’s warranty or replacement policy where applicable.
Memberships, Packages & Prepaid Services
- Non-refundable: Memberships, prepaid services, and packages are not refundable once purchased.
- Transferability: May be transferable to another individual at the discretion of management; additional verification may be required.
- Expiration: Sessions should be used within the recommended timelines for optimal results; expired or unused sessions are forfeited.
Concierge Recovery Packages (Travel & Refunds)
- Refund Window: Refundable up to 14 days prior to departure/check-in date.
- Final Balance: Due 7 days prior to departure.
- Transfers: After these dates, payments are transferable to a new date with surgical documentation.
- Travel Costs: Prices reflect local base rates. Travel expenses (airfare, lodging, transport) are billed separately when applicable. Refunds post-travel will exclude any non-recoverable travel costs.
- Meals: Client meals are not included in package pricing.
Travel is subject to provider availability and must be confirmed prior to booking any non-refundable accommodations.
Payments, Authorizations & Chargebacks
A valid card is required to secure all bookings. By scheduling, you authorize charges for services rendered and any applicable cancellation/no-show fees per this policy. Chargebacks for authorized fees may result in account suspension until resolved.
Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s sole discretion.
