Appointments
48+ hour cancellations avoid fees. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to charges.
Products
Retail, skincare, supplements, and wellness products are final sale.
Memberships
Memberships, packages, and prepaid services are non-refundable once purchased.
Medical Services
Select services require annual medical clearance and provider approval prior to treatment.
Appointment Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- 48+ hour cancellation: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hours notice: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service may be charged.
- No-show or same-day cancellation: A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service may be charged.
- Late arrivals: Services may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
By booking services, you authorize Sovereignty Beauty & Wellness to charge the payment method on file for applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Medical Clearance & Safety Holds
Certain aesthetic and wellness services require annual medical clearance and provider approval prior to treatment.
Appointments may be postponed, rescheduled, or declined if medical clearance requirements are incomplete or if health changes create safety concerns.
Products & Retail Items
All skincare, supplements, wellness products, retail items, and medical-grade products are final sale due to hygienic and safety standards.
Manufacturer defects may be addressed directly through the product manufacturer when applicable.
Memberships, Packages & Prepaid Services
- Memberships and prepaid services are non-refundable once purchased.
- Unused sessions or benefits expire according to package or membership terms.
- Transfer requests may be reviewed at management discretion.
Payments, Financing & Chargebacks
A valid payment method may be required to reserve appointments and memberships.
Financing approvals are managed through third-party financing providers and remain subject to their individual terms and conditions.
Chargebacks for authorized transactions or agreed-upon cancellation fees may result in account restrictions until resolved.
