Are meals included?
Meals are not included in the package price. Patients are responsible for providing or covering the cost of meals during recovery care. Meal services available at an additional expense.
What day will my provider arrive for travel recovery?
Your post-op provider will arrive on the day of your pre-op appointment and accompany you to the appointment, as requested. This day is dedicated to set up and planning the recovery.
Can I bring or have additional people during my recovery?
No kids, no pets. One additional guest is welcome to join the stay no earlier than day 3 and will need their own bedroom AND bathroom if lodging in the same airbnb. After service hours patient is welcome to have as many visitors as they please.
Are care provider travel expenses included in package prices?
For travel over 25 mile radius this does not include travel expenses. All package prices reflect base service rates for clients within a 25 mile radius of Nashville, TN. Travel expenses are separate if required.
What travel expenses am I responsible for?
Recovery care requests beyond 25 mile radius of Nashville, TN will require accommodation for CONFIRMED airfare, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom airbnb, and ground transportation at an additional expense to the patient. If you are in need of assistance with securing flight, lodging, or transportation please specify, otherwise it will be at the sole responsibility of the patient to secure these means for the accompanying medical provider and provide details at minimum 7 days prior to departure.
Do you all travel outside the United States?
Yes! Concierge recovery care is available nationwide. Travel arrangements and associated expenses are the responsibility of the patient.
How will travel expenses be billed?
Travel expenses are discussed during your consultation and invoiced in addition to your package price for full transparency or booked by the patient in the provider's information.

When is payment due?
A deposit of 50% is due to secure dates for care. The remaining balance, along with all travel accommodation confirmations, is due 7 days prior to departure day by midnight. For refund information, please see cancellations & refunds.
