These instructions are general guidelines. Always follow the specific recommendations provided by your provider. If you experience severe pain, concerning swelling, shortness of breath, chest pain, signs of infection, or a medical emergency, seek immediate medical care.

Injectable Treatment Care

Neurotoxins

Before Your Appointment

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior when possible.
  • Avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements only if approved by your prescribing provider.
  • Arrive with clean skin and no makeup in the treatment area if possible.
  • Schedule at least 2 weeks before major events.

After Treatment

  • Do not lie flat for 4 hours.
  • Avoid rubbing, massaging, or applying pressure to treated areas for 24 hours.
  • Avoid intense workouts, saunas, and excessive heat for 24 hours.
  • Avoid facials or facial manipulation for 2 weeks.

Healing & Results

Results may begin within 3–7 days, with full results typically seen around 14 days.

Lip Filler

Before Your Appointment

  • Hydrate well before treatment.
  • Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours prior.
  • Avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements only if approved by your prescribing provider.
  • Tylenol is permitted prior to your appointment.
  • If you have a history of cold sores, notify us before your appointment.

After Treatment

  • Expect swelling, tenderness, and possible bruising.
  • Avoid kissing, straws, and excessive lip movement for the first 24 hours.
  • Avoid intense workouts, heat, saunas, and alcohol for 24–48 hours.
  • Tylenol is permitted for pain/discomfort.
  • Do not massage unless instructed by your provider.
  • Avoid icing until 24 hours after injection.

Healing & Results

Swelling is most noticeable in the first few days. Lips typically settle over 2–4 weeks.

Dermal Filler

Before Your Appointment

  • Come well hydrated and avoid alcohol before treatment.
  • Plan filler appointments at least 2–4 weeks before important events.
  • Notify your provider of allergies, recent dental work, illness, or upcoming procedures.

After Treatment

  • Avoid pressure, massage, or sleeping directly on treated areas unless instructed.
  • Avoid intense heat, workouts, and alcohol for 24–48 hours.
  • Bruising, tenderness, firmness, or swelling may occur temporarily.

When To Contact Us

Contact us immediately for severe pain, skin discoloration, blanching, worsening swelling, or visual changes.

Before Your Appointment

  • Hydrate before arrival.
  • Notify us of pregnancy, medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent illness.

After Treatment

  • Continue drinking water after your drip.
  • Mild soreness or bruising at the IV site may occur.
  • Keep the site clean and avoid heavy pressure immediately after treatment.

When To Contact Us

Contact us if you notice worsening redness, swelling, warmth, drainage, or pain at the IV site.

Peptides/Wellness Shots

Before Your Appointment

  • Notify us of allergies, pregnancy, medical conditions, or current medications.
  • Eat beforehand if you are prone to lightheadedness.

After Treatment

  • Mild soreness, redness, or tenderness at the injection site may occur.
  • Hydrate well after your visit.
  • Avoid rubbing the injection site aggressively.
NAD+

Before Your Appointment

  • Eat a light meal before treatment.

During & After Treatment

  • NAD+ may be administered slowly for comfort.
  • Some clients experience warmth, pressure, nausea, or temporary discomfort during infusion.

  • Use gentle skincare and daily SPF.

After Treatment

  • Avoid heat, sweating, saunas, and friction for 24 hours.
  • Avoid exfoliation for 24–48 hours.
  • Keep the area clean and moisturized as directed.

Enhancement Treatment Care

Brow Tint & Lamination

Before Your Appointment

  • Arrive with clean brows and no brow makeup if possible.
  • Avoid exfoliants, retinoids, or waxing around the brow area for 24–48 hours before service.
  • Notify your provider of skin sensitivity, allergies, or recent reactions to tint/dye products.

After Treatment

  • Avoid getting brows wet for 24 hours.
  • Avoid steam, saunas, heavy sweating, and oil-based products around the brows for 24 hours.
  • Brush brows gently into place as directed.
  • Use nourishing brow oil or conditioner if recommended.
Lash Extensions

Before Your Appointment

  • Arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner, or eye makeup.
  • Avoid caffeine if you are prone to eye fluttering during service.
  • Remove contact lenses if needed for comfort.
  • Notify your provider of eye sensitivity, allergies, or recent eye irritation.

After Treatment

  • Avoid water, steam, saunas, and heavy sweating for the first 24 hours.
  • Do not use oil-based products around the eyes.
  • Brush lashes gently daily with a clean spoolie.
  • Avoid pulling, rubbing, or sleeping directly on lashes.
  • Schedule fills as recommended to maintain fullness.
